Please join us at Memorial Gardens Park as Prosperity Bank and the City of Odessa remember the events of 9/11, celebrate the lives of our Fallen Officers, and honor our first-responders.
There will be a brief ceremony at the Memorial area followed by the placement of 3,000 flags around the pond. The ceremony is free and open to the public! We hope to see you there.
