Enjoy a safe and family friendly environment for trick-or-treaters. Downtown Odessa and Crossroads will host Night of Light Downtown on Halloween, Thursday, October 31, 2019 between 6 and 9 pm, with trick or treating taking place on Grant Avenue from 5:30 to 6:30 pm
There will be carnival style games, rides, jumpers, live entertainment, giveaways and so much more.
